Product & Service Statement

Lulu’s Balloons & More cannot guarantee the lifespan of balloons once they have been picked up or delivered. All balloon sales are final.

Balloons are temporary by nature. While we use high-quality professional balloons, factors such as wind, rain, heat, cold, sunlight, rough handling, and other uncontrollable conditions may cause balloons to deflate or pop sooner than expected.

If no permanent fixture is available, we may use command hooks or wall-safe tape to secure balloons. While these products are designed to be wall safe, we cannot guarantee against paint or surface damage.

Due to the unpredictable nature of events, we reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to designs or installations in the best interest of our clients.

Inventory & Color Availability

Balloon colors are subject to current inventory availability. Inventory is typically sourced 2–3 weeks in advance, but please note that many online inspiration photos are heavily edited. Actual balloon colors may vary slightly due to manufacturer batch differences.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that:

    •    Colors and accessories are subject to availability

    •    Color variations may occur

    •    Final design reflects our professional designer’s interpretation of your inspiration

As a service-based business, refunds cannot be issued based on color expectations. We promise to do our absolute best to match your vision.

Installation

Installation times are scheduled during the week of your event. If you have strict time requirements, please notify us in advance so we can do our best to accommodate them.

We service multiple events each week and appreciate your flexibility as we work to meet all clients’ needs.

Tear Downs

    •    Backdrop rentals include tear down in the final price

    •    Balloon-only services do not include clean-up unless previously discussed and agreed upon

Deposits & Final Payment

    •    All deposits are non-refundable

    •    Deposits may be converted into a gift card for future use

    •    Final payment is due 48 hours prior to installation

Design Consultation

We encourage clients to share inspiration photos and event details via email. A custom mock-up will be provided and adjusted until a final design direction is approved.

Please note: the final installation may not be an exact replica of the mock-up but will closely reflect the approved design.

In-person consultations are available for larger or more detailed events.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email accepted) at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled installation date.

    •    Cancellations within 7 days of install require full invoice payment or date for rescheduling

    •    All deposits remain non-refundable

Safety Waiver

By submitting payment, you assume all risks associated with balloon installations and rentals, including but not limited to:

    •    Property damage

    •    Fallen objects

    •    Allergic reactions

    •    Choking hazards

    •    Personal injury

This waiver applies to services and products provided by Lulu’s Balloons & More LLC, including affiliated brands and partners.
